How we work
Sredata validates and analyses systemic flaws in public systems.
We work on issues where there is a problem of public significance, sufficient evidence and a real opportunity for improvement.
STEP — 01
Identify a problem
We look for a specific, recurring flaw in a system affecting many people. We gather the available data, documents, rules and perspectives. We check whether the problem is real, systemic and clearly defined.
STEP — 02
Develop a hypothesis
We involve people with practical and professional experience to understand how the system works and where the flaw occurs.
STEP — 03
Produce an analysis
We explain the problem in clear language, propose possible solutions and test them.
STEP — 04
Track the outcome
We monitor progress towards systemic change.
